2.1 Contractor shall be a registered with the California Department of Public Health as a Trauma Scene Management Practitioner. 2.2 As needed work will be to deep clean the first and second floor of SDCJ. 2.3 Contractor shall have the capability of deep cleaning/decontaminating the seven facilities intake/holding areas or other facilities. Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) may request these seven be scheduled for cleaning service on occasion and will notify company in advance to schedule out the best date and time that works for all parties. 2.2 Contractor shall clean/sanitize housing cells, modules, and open areas as needed, or as scheduled. Scheduling of services will be done between the Offeror and COR. 2.3 Contractor shall be able to work on weekends if needed and can schedule a Saturday or Sunday. 2.4 Contractor shall deep clean, disinfect, and sanitize holding cells. Areas inside of the cell to address include areas such as: 2.4.1 Floors 2.4.2 Walls 2.4.3 Windows 2.4.4 Doors 2.4.5 Benches 2.4.6 Any other fixture or surface located in the cells, such as vents. 2.5 The deep cleaning and disinfecting of the cells shall include the cleaning and removal of any matter/materials considered a biohazard or any other materials gathered. The disposal of the matter/materials shall occur offsite and be the responsibility of the company. This disposal shall comply with all federal, state, or local laws and guidelines for disposing of such materials. Types of waste encountered may include, but not limited to: 2.5.1 Bodily fluids/waste (ex. blood, urine, fecal matter, etc.) 2.5.2 Non-hazardous 2.5.3 Universal 2.5.4 Biological
