1 The solution must integrate with kentcountymi.gov for public, external users, and internal County users. 2 The solution must allow for online submittal of FOIA requests. It must include functionality for task generation to retrieve records from other worksites, invoicing, redaction, document production tracking, insolution communication, reporting, and searching. 3 The solution must integrate with the County's Centralized Electronic Payment Authorization System (CEPAS) for processing of credit card payments. 4 The solution must be fully functional upon installation, allowing the County staff to configure the features without procuring the services of the others (the vendor or other technical specialists). REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS SECTION 2: FOIA ONLINE REQUEST SUBMISSION 5 The solution must allow FOIA requestors to submit a FOIA request through an online FOIA interface. 6 The solution must allow County staff to enter a FOIA request when a FOIA request is received from outside the application (such as US Mail, interdepartmental mail, hand delivered, etc.). 7 The solution must require FOIA requestors to select a FOIA request category from a configurable menu. 8 The solution must allow FOIA requestors to assign a FOIA request to a County business area based on a configurable menu of County agencies, categories, or functions. 9 The solution must allow County staff to assign a FOIA request to an County business area based on a configurable list of County agencies, categories, or functions. 10 The solution must allow County staff to reassign a FOIA request and subtasks in and out of County business areas with notes and/or instructions, as needed, throughout the workflow
