Provide comprehensive hardwood floor maintenance and minor repair services for approximately 17 district facilities for Canyons School District (CSD). The selected contractor will maintain various hardwood floor surfaces, including gymnasiums, dance studios, auditorium stages, and middle school kiva spaces. Total floor areas range from 1,000 to 30,000 square feet per location, with gymnasium floors typically measuring 15,000 to 30,000 square feet and stage, dance floors, and kiva floors ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. This contract encompasses routine annual maintenance, periodic full sand and refinish services, and minor repairs as needed. The contractor will be expected to maintain all hardwood floor surfaces to professional standards while minimizing disruption to educational activities.
