The services include Right of Way Acquisition Services, environmental document preparation, and right of way plans (for the Kolbe Road section from Cornerstone Way to Jaeger Road) for safety improvements including the installation of new sidewalks along Kolbe Road., Beavercrest Drive, and Clovelly Drive in the City of Lorain with a project length of approximately 1.01 miles. There is approximately 1 parcel that will have a permanent take. The Scope of Services shall include the following: 1. Project Mobilization meeting & Project timeline 2. Property Inventory classification 3. Title/Title Updates closings 4. Donation Requests 5. Appraisal & Appraisal Updates 6. Acquisition & Negotiations 7. All closing activities 8. Completed parcel file deliveries 9. Preparation of Individual Parcel Files 10. Identification & notification to City of any potential acquisition problem areas 11. Office & Field review 12. Property owner contact & meetings 13. Appropriation coordination 14. Project Status reports 15. Project Certification 16. Right of Way Plan Pages 17. Environmental documents
