Project 1: Buena Vista High School, Outdoor Freezer Door Repair •Deliver and install all new door gaskets & door frame heater •Install a heated air vent •Adjust door to close and seal correctly 2.Project 2: Gaines Elementary School, Walk-In Freezer Floor and Door Repairs Job Scope: Walk in Freezer Existing Prefabricated Insulated Floors •Deliver and install ½” plywood over all of the freezer floor for added support. •Lay all new 1/8” aluminum diamond plate over all of the new plywood, includingthe ramp. •Install new 6” galvanized coved base •All to be Butyl caulked and silicone sealed Job Scope: Walk in Freezer Door Repair •Deliver and install all new door gaskets & door frame heater •Install stainless steel metal angles to protect the heater. •Install new threshold 3.Project 3 A: Lincoln School – Walk-In Freezer Equipment and Box Repairs andWalk-in Cooler Repairs Job Scope: Replace existing evaporator and condenser for Walk in freezer •Recover refrigerant charge and disconnect electrical to system. •Remove existing condenser and evaporator •Flush and pressurize line set to ensure no leaks. •Install and connect new condenser and evaporator •Provide crane for condenser replacement •Install new electrical disconnect •Reconnect/install drain lines •Evacuate system to 500 microns. •Startup system and verify proper operations in cooling and defrost modes. Job Scope: Walk in freezer box repairs •Deliver and install all new: door gaskets, door closer, door heater, and threshold. •Reseal interior walls and ceiling joints
