The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) is soliciting bids on behalf of the Office of Special Reclamation (WVDEP/OSR) to establish an Open-End Contract for the removal of nuisance wildlife at agency operated facilities in the southern counties of West Virginia. These sites are or will be in the following counties of the state of West Virginia: Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Nicholas (east of Route 19), Pocahontas, Raleigh, Summers, Webster, and Wyoming. New sites within the specified counties may be added at any time during the life of the contract. Facilities are bond forfeited mine sites in various stages of reclamation. Facilities may be in remote locations and as such vendor will be required to access facilities as they as are located
