(1). The Contractor shall perform services Monday through Friday. Services shall not be performed on a Saturday, Sunday, or state holiday. (2). Services shall be performed as described within the scope of work. (3). Services shall be scheduled by the DMV Project Manager or authorized designee. (4). The DMV Project Manager shall request in writing from the Contactor as-needed janitorial services when the DMV State Custodian is out of office. Services shall not be used for unusual or extended absences. Service days shall not exceed the quantities listed in the Exhibit B. (5). The Contractor shall be available on an as-needed basis within twenty-four (24) hours’ notification by the DMV Project Manager or authorized designee. (6). The Contractor shall be available for emergency situations and may be notified by the DMV Project Manager for immediate services on the actual day of service. (7). The DMV Project Manager and the Contractor Project Manager shall work together to monitor the service days used to not exceed to allocated amount. The number of services days performed shall not exceed the amounts listed per location in Exhibit B. Services days shall only be increased by amendment. Service days performed exceeding the listed amounts shall be performed at the Contractor’s own risk.
