Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 The contractor shall provide Wireless Patient Notification Reminder Services for the Department of Social Services (DSS), MO HealthNet Division (MHD) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall provide wireless patient reminder notification services on an as needed, if needed basis. 2.1.3 The contractor shall provide wireless patient reminder notification services at no cost to state agency program participants. 2.1.4 The contractor must ensure uniformity in the delivery of services on a statewide basis. 2.1.5 The contractor shall provide wireless notification device activation and disconnect services at no cost to the state agency or state agency program participants. The contractor shall not disconnect or suspend a participant’s services without written notification from the state agency. 2.1.6 Upon the request of the state agency, the contractor shall provide the state agency with support and training of equipment and services. 2.1.7 The contractor shall work in collaboration with the state agency to establish the protocol for eligible participants who may potentially benefit from wireless patient reminder notification services. 2.1.8 The contractor shall receive participant referrals from state approved sources, such as referrals from health homes, internal clinical case management, or other state-approved sources as the means of initiating wireless patient reminder notification services for state agency fee-for-service participants. 2.1.9 The contractor shall promote participant compliance with medications and self-care via the wireless notification device process. 2.1.10 The contractor shall obtain a signed written consent of participation from each newly referred participant. The contractor must keep such documentation on file throughout the contract term, from effective date of contract through contract termination, cancellation, or expiration.
