This specification is for tree services, including, but not limited to tree removal, trimming, deadwooding, stump removal and emergency service. Specifications Contractor shall provide safety-trained, experienced three (3) person crew with bucket truck, service truck, chipper, and all normal tools and supplies to provide tree service, along and under electrical, telephone, and cable services including wood disposal. Tree Care Services Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all tools of the trade and equipment necessary to perform the work. The Contractor shall employ only such workers as are skilled in the tasks to which they are assigned. The Town reserves the right to require the Contractor to remove and/or not to assign any employee the Town deems incompetent, careless, insubordinate, or otherwise objectionable to working on Town jobs.
