A. Renovation work of existing classrooms, office spaces, faculty lounge, toilet rooms, and corridors. B. Interior finishes (i.e. painting, gypsum board, doors/frames/hardware, suspended ceiling system(s), flooring, casework, lockers, signage). C. Masonry work (interior & exterior). D. Building Envelope work including roofing, windows, spandrel panels, composite soffit panels, and exterior steel painting. E. Structural steel & concrete work including structural steel reinforcement & mechanical screening. F. Elevator Modernization work. G. Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical work. H. Provide training and video recordings for all mechanical/HVAC equipment and operations. Refer to Project Manual Section 01 79 00 – Demonstration and Training for requirements.
