The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and supplies necessary to perform plumbing repairs and services on an as-needed basis for the NBPA. Services may include, but are not limited to: Installation, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures Installation or repair of drain piping and water piping Installation, repair, or replacement of water valves Winterization and de-winterization of facilities Toilet and urinal repairs Any other maintenance, repair, or replacement of components associated with water or sewer systems within NBPA facilities Work may occur in confined spaces, and the Contractor shall comply with all applicable safety regulations. All work shall be fully guaranteed. All work must be scheduled in advance and shall require prior approval from the NBPA.
