A. The Awarded Bidder will provide a Student Success Coaching/Academic Coaching program to prepare, educate, and train academic coaches and leaders, fostering a coaching culture built on empowerment, holistic coaching, collaboration, and quality insurance for supporting and assisting student growth both in and beyond the classroom. The training must integrate online, asynchronous, and in-person training (on CCC campus) options. B. No order for these services may be processed without an approved CCC purchase order from the Purchasing Department. Unauthorized purchases without an approved CCC purchase order will not be paid by CCC. C. Student Success Coaching/Academic Coaching Program 1. Program Requirements Training must include the following: 30-hour minimum time frame Accredited university or a curriculum aligned with the ICF credential Coaching framework that considers institutional integration through advising alignment and with a retention focus Certification/digital badges post-training completion Tiered program options for different training levels 2. Trainer Qualifications and Experiences Trainers must have the following: Trainers have coaching/advising experience in higher education, preferably at a community college. 3. Preferred Qualifications/Aspects Train the trainer sustainability ICF certification track options Continuing education credits for professional development 4. Program Delivery In person on campus, 2-3 sessions, including opening session Asynchronous for an agreed upon period of time Cohorts established to maximize accessibility and effectiveness of training standards. Requirements for participants to demonstrate and apply knowledge of coaching techniques, skills, strategies, and standards through interactive practice and assessment. Technical support and a designated contact person are available to assist with training-related questions, particularly for participants using the asynchronous format.
