Insulation gap, including accommodations to bridge insulation installed for testing per ANSI A92.9 One set of hydraulic tools at platform. Hydraulic system, pump and tank with minimum 17-gallon capacity 24 x 30 x 42 inch closed platform with liner and cover Master/slave hydraulic leveling with upper control to tilt for rescue and cleanout Proper boom cradle and storage for transport PTO power source Dual arm articulating and extending jib pole and winch package for a minimum 1000-pound lift capacity.
