Pest and rodent control services shall be performed by the Contractor at facilities throughout the Town of Greenwich on an as needed basis, as well as on an on-call/emergency basis. The Contractor's invoices shall indicate the actual square footage treated as per the applicable rates on the Reply Sheet. Perimeter applications will be calculated as one (1) linear foot equal to one (1) square foot. Services shall include treatment for ants, bees, fleas, mice, and roaches. Optional price for bedbugs shall be included on the Reply Sheets. Treatment for termites is not included in this contract. Regular service will require the Contractor to respond and arrive at the Town of Greenwich, CT job location within 48 hours after being notified of the need for regular service. Emergency service will require the Contractor to respond and reach the Town of Greenwich, CT job location within 24 hours after being notified of an emergency by the Town. There shall not be charge for preliminary site investigations or problem analyses. To ensure against accidents to humans; bait boxes, bait blocks, or feeding stations shall be adequately identified.
