• We are seeking proposals from CPA firms/professionals for services related to filing IRA/ITC paperwork. • The credit(s) we intend to apply for are related to a recently completed construction project of an elementary school. This completed project is our new Grant’s Lick Elementary School. • Overall construction value of the completed project was approximately $40million. Of the $40million, approximately $5.1 million in HVAC hard costs, approximately $3.1 million in electrical hard costs, and approximately $700K was spent on a wastewater treatment facility. • Assistance will be required with completing all applicable paperwork, as well as filing any and all required documentation. • You must provide examples of three (3) current references for projects of similar scope.
