ITRS Uptrends • 1 – License Enterprise– Uptrends Part #: NPN-ITRS-ENTER • 30 – Uptime Credits – Uptrends Part # NPN-ITRS-UPTIM • 200 – Transaction Monitors – 5 minute – Uptrends- Part # NPN-ITRS-TRANS Software Requirements • Software will be used to monitor availability and performance of both Passport buyer and Passport Vendors applications. • The monitoring will include application servers, web servers, and Identity Providers SSO servers. • The software should perform monitoring of the entire workflow from user signing on to completion of a transaction, checking timing of each step against set timeout thresholds. • The frequency of the probes will be 5 minutes. • In case of application exceeding a threshold at any point of the workflow, the system will send an alert to a defined distribution list. • Also alerts will be sent in case of any of the involved systems are not available or overall system degradation. • There will be a public page available that displays overall status of systems in real time. • The monitoring probes will be limited from three ITRS site in the tri-state area.
