It is expected that provision of these services will involve significant professional skill, judgement, and discretion. Therefore, the below scope items are non-inclusive and may be subject to negotiation. a. Primary Duties: i. Recruitment & Staffing 1. Recruit, screen, and refer qualified Special Education Teacher candidates for a variety of positions 2. Present candidates who meet or exceed the minimum requirements outlined in individual job descriptions. 3. Ensure candidates possess required licenses, certifications, or endorsements (if applicable). ii. Background checks and comprehensive screening prior to placement, including: 1. Reference checks 2. Employment and education verification 3. Criminal background checks 4. Fingerprinting 5. Other screenings as mandated by state or federal law 6. Provide documentation of completed background checks upon request. iii. Personnel Management 1. Serve as the employer of record for temporary staff, including: 2. Payroll processing 3. Benefits administration (if applicable)
