a. Integration: The payment gateway must fully integrate with a AWS database that is used for invoicing for licensing fees. The gateway must receive digital payments that have been invoiced by the system, process them, and automatically update the database that the payment has been received (payment status update). b. Invoice generation support: Invoices are automatically generated, tracked, and emailed by the AWS system but need to be linked by provider name/license number to be reported, tracked, and monitored. c. Email notification: An email notification should be generated by the vendor and sent to the payor as verification of the transaction with a digital receipt. d. Status: Real time payment status visible with the AWS system with transaction ID visible. e. Reporting: AWS Integrated reporting capabilities for accounting, fiscal, and administrative staff. f. Cost: Zero cost to the State of Hawaii. To payors 2.9% + $.30 per transaction.
