The Feasibility Study will: a) Describe how the Project will be established and operated, including the proposed ownership arrangements and long-term management strategy, and any phases planned (include description of phases, boundaries, and target habitat/species) and whether the landowner intends to keep any portion of the land; b) Describe ecological suitability of the site to achieve the objectives of the Project (i.e. Strategic Plan sections 3.1.3-3.1.5 and Appendix F); c) Describe the project site design, including information and maps depicting the future topography of the site, future land elevations of the site, tidal excursion, practices that will be used to minimize invasive species, design elements that will promote productivity and nutrient transport, and transitional upland area within the site for sea level rise accommodation;
