New Mexico State University seeks a vendor to provide athletic apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories for all its current athletic programs and any athletic programs that may emerge during the term of the contract. The Selected Vendor will provide NM State with an assigned company representative servicing the needs of the NM State’s athletic programs in a timely, thorough and professional manner. During all of NM State’s athletic events, the sponsored University’s athletic team members, coaches and staff will wear only the Selected Vendor’s footwear and promotional apparel (except in cases of individual fitting or physical problems) and will only use equipment provided by the Selected Firm, subject to exceptions noted below. The Selected Vendor will be knowledgeable about all NCAA requirements with regard to apparel and manufacture relationships and will submit a bid response that is compliant in all respects. The bid responses and the Selected Vendor’s performance under the resulting contract should not place NM State at risk for sanctions, violations or probation under NCAA rules.
