• Confirm existing conditions and review available documentation. • Coordinate with technical roofing consultant(s) to develop design and specifications. • Prepare construction documents and bid package in compliance with UNH guidelines. • Provide bidding phase support, including addenda and clarifications. • Ensure design remains within established budget and schedule constraints. • Design a single-ply membrane roofing system with a basis of design that meets ASTM standards for single-ply membrane roofing, minimum 60 mil thickness, and manufacturer’s full-system warranty (minimum 20 years). • Design shall include evaluation of attachment methods (e.g., fully adhered or mechanically attached systems such as RhinoBond) and propose options that meet performance and warranty requirements. • Provide details for penetrations, parapets, and terminations to maintain watertight integrity and warranty compliance. • Coordinate with roofing manufacturer and UNH Facilities to ensure warranty requirements are met. • Exclusions: No structural, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing redesign anticipated. Architectural scope limited to roof-related details; additional scope will be addressed via change order.
