a. Project Management Before beginning task order work, the selected Consultant shall conduct a kickoff meeting or conference call with County staff to verify the extent of the acquisition area and the required information the Consultant must collect. The Consultant shall be prepared to discuss methodology, schedule, and answer questions the County may have. The Consultant shall be available for monthly conference calls to discuss the progress of the Supplements and/or task orders and any actions that the County can take to expedite the Project(s). If the County and Consultant agree that a conference call is not necessary, then the conference call for any given month may be cancelled. The Consultant shall provide schedules showing work tasks, phases, durations, milestones, assignments, and critical paths. They may be required to coordinate with Caltrans, local municipalities, and other stakeholders. They may coordinate and attend meetings for kickoff, design progress, preconstruction, meetings with Caltrans, USACE, CA Dept. of Fish & Wildlife, RWQCB, residents and property owners necessary to complete the scope of services. The Consultant shall provide schedules showing work tasks, phases, durations, milestones, assignments, and critical paths. b. Preliminary Title Reports The Consultant may need to provide Preliminary Title Reports for the various County Projects. Any title report fees will be reimbursed without markup. c. Right-OF Way Acquisition Services The Consultant shall perform all Right-Of Way acquisition services. At a minimum these services include, but are not necessarily limited to: • Appraisal Reports • Appraisal Reviews • Waiver Valuations • Acquisition Services • Condemnation Services
