The selected bank will provide, at a minimum, the following services: A. Core Banking Services • Maintain designated demand deposit accounts • Provide electronic access to account balances and transaction activity • Process deposits, wire transfers, and ACH transactions • Provide stop payment, void, and check imaging services • Provide monthly statements B. Cash Management and Treasury Services • Provide online banking platform with multi-user access and dual authorization controls • Provide Administration access to the Director of Finance to set up user accounts and disable accounts • ACH originates for vendor payments with a daily limit of at least $5 million (used to transfer real estate taxes to State College School District) • Remote deposit capture • Positive Pay services for fraud prevention
