The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of CM/CA associated with the 44th Ave W Underpass Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project (Project). The Citys Project will be constructed primarily along the west side 44th Ave W, from the I-5 off-ramp to approximately 700 feet north of the Underpass, within WSDOT limited access. Construction activities include grading, demolition of existing concrete sidewalk, construction of retaining walls, concrete sidewalk, concrete sidewalk with thickened edge, grading, installation of pedestrian lighting system and traffic signals, and other work. Construction is anticipated to begin Spring 2026 with and last for approximately 180 working days. This CM/CA work includes but is not limited to Construction Project Management, on-site daily construction observation, inspection, materials testing and management, and documentation control.
