Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK), on behalf of the Kern Coalition, invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide grant research, writing, and coalition coordination services in support of the California Jobs First (CJF) Regional Roadmap Implementation (Part 2). The selected consultant will: • Serve as lead grant writer for multi-entity proposals involving coalition partners. • Align all deliverables with the Kern Regional Roadmap (2025) and the California Jobs First Activation Plan. • Focus on funding opportunities that advance Kern’s priority industries: o Advanced Manufacturing o Clean Energy o Aerospace This work directly supports the Kern Coalition’s mission to drive equitable economic development, workforce mobility, and resilience across Kern County. The qualified vendor will report to CAPK, as the facilitator and coalition lead, and work collaboratively with all members of the Kern Coalition.
