The City of Sacramento's Information Technology Department invites qualified vendors with expertise and experience in Audio-Visual system installation, programming, and maintenance to submit proposals. The City needs a qualified vendor to install, upgrade, or reprogram various Audio Visual (AV) systems throughout the City. These systems range from small four-person conference rooms with hybrid teleconference setups, including displays, tracking cameras, audio, and touch panel interfaces, to the City’s Council Chambers, a direct-to-broadcast multi-camera system with mic control and a speaker queue via touch panel. The successful Respondent must know all aspects of design, installation, and maintenance of various types of systems.
