This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. The City of New York Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of the two new office spaces at OCME Hirsch building, located at 421 E. 26th Street, New York NY 10016, 13th Floor. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project on a Firm Fixed Fee basis. The proposal price shall include all costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, and freight.
