The grant program referred to as California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing, and Efficiency (CalShape) Plumbing Program provides funds to replace noncompliant plumbing fixtures and appliance that fail to meet water efficiency standards. The CALSHAPE plumbing Program prioritizes investment in schools in underserved communities. This Project will include replacing a combination of 608 urinals, toilets, and interior faucets at 20 of the District’s school sites. Final quantities of fixtures will be confirmed in the final contract. See Section 0.1A Introduction above for more information regarding Project scope. Baldwin Park Unified School District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform plumbing fixture replacement and related work across 18 school sites. The project includes removal, replacement, and installation of interior faucets, toilets, and limited showerheads in accordance with CalSHAPE Plumbing Program requirements.
