A Assist the Township in identifying its insurable exposures and to recommend professional methods to reduce, assume or transfer the risk of loss. B. Assist the Township in understanding and selecting the various coverages available from the Camden County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund (JIF) - (hereinafter referred to as "Fund") C. Review with the Township any additional coverages that the Consultant feels should be carried but are not available from the Fund and subject to the Township's authorization place such coverages outside the fund. D. Assist the Township in the preparation of applications, statements of values and similar documents requested by the Fund, it being understood that this agreement does not include any appraisal work by the Consultant. E. Review the Township's assessment as prepared by the Fund and assist the Township in the preparation of its annual insurance budget. F. Review losses of reports and generally assist the safety committee in its loss containment and liability objectives. G. Assist where needed in the settlement of claims, with the understanding that the scope ofthe Consultant's involvement does not include the work normally done by a public adjustor. H. Attendance at the majority of meetings of the Fund and the Township's JIF Safety Committee, and the performance of such other services as required by the Township or the Fund. I. Loss/Run Reports are to be received on a monthly basis along with any other requested associated reports to the Township Risk Management Consultant. J. Organize quarterly claims review meetings with all appropriate parties. K. Any other services required by the Fund's Bylaws.
