Contractor shall remove two (2) existing commercial grade roll-up doors and furnish and replace with new commercial grade roll-up doors of correct size and design. New doors shall be exact or equivalent to the existing doors. Equivalence will be solely determined and approved by Caltrans Contract Manager. New doors shall include three (3) vents three (3) inches in diameter, evenly spaced on the bottom panel of each roll-up door. Each new commercial grade roll-up door shall include nine (9) vents three (3) inches in diameter x one (1) inches, stacked three (3) slats, one (1) on top of the other, evenly spaced beginning at the bottom panel of each roll-up door for a total of 54 sq. inches. Each Polyethylene insulation or equivalent, and commercial grade operators are to be installed. Photos of current roll-up doors are shown in Attachment A.
