The Contractor shall provide one (1), uniformed and unarmed security personnel for overnight patrol and surveillance for the Los Angeles State Historic Park, between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, seven days per week. Security guards shall show a presence in all areas of the site, respond and intervene upon trespassing or suspicious activity on the site. Unarmed security personnel must receive an orientation from State Park Representative regarding assigned responsibilities and reporting incidents. Security Guard shall be equipped with flashlights, cell phones and maintain communication with State Park Rangers, SURCOM/State Park Dispatch and Los Angeles Police Department. Contractor shall comply with all applicable safety regulations and complete paperwork to document activities and actual work hours to the satisfaction of the Department of Parks and Recreation staff. Patrol logs with hourly entries are to be maintained and provided weekly to State Park Representative.
