The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, user materials, supplies, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide Distributed Learning (DL) services to the California Military Department (CMD). The contractor shall provide a minimum of three (3) employees during the entire term of this contract to provide continuous support to each of the DL classrooms. To provide optimal support for the DL program and ensure efficient travel logistics, it is recommended that contractors be geographically positioned near a Southern, Central, and/or Northern location identified as high usage in Appendix A on page (1-9). The contractor’s primary DL site work location shall be designated by the CMD Contract Manager (CM), based on operational needs, and service requirements. This assignment is subject to change at the discretion of the CM to ensure optimal support coverage.
