Annual requirements contract for water cooler rental and water delivery services throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) campus. 1. Equipment Lease Supply 46 high-quality water coolers to designated locations across the LVCC campus. A Water Delivery Location spreadsheet can be referenced on the “Attachments” tab. Provide all necessary accessories, including bottle racks for on-site storage. 2. Water Delivery Service Deliver an average of 100 five-gallon bottles (with no-spill caps) per week to the designated locations. Coordinate deliveries with the Authority on a weekly schedule to ensure uninterrupted service. 3. Storage and Logistics Provide appropriate on-site storage racks or designated bottle storage solutions to organize and secure water inventory. Manage all delivery logistics, including cooler placement, replenishment, maintenance, and removal as needed. 4. Service Quality and Maintenance Ensure all coolers are clean, fully functional, and regularly maintained. Replace or repair defective units promptly to maintain uninterrupted service quality
