This Request for Proposal includes the inspection, survey, permitting and design of the repair and/or replacement of the two sanitary sewer crossings as well as bidding and construction services. The City will consider all alternatives leading to the successful completion of this project and is looking for innovative and efficient designs to reduce costs and schedule. Preliminary reports, photographs, plans and other data are available in the appendices of this RFP. It is highly recommended that firms interested in submitting a proposal visit each site. Both sites are accessible from the road. The firm awarded this contract will be required to sign the City’s uniform contract for goods and services which is included in the appendix. It is the Water and Sewer Department’s intent to bid the repair/replacement of both bridges as a single project.
