Conduct an existing conditions assessment and develop plans for preservation/repair of the existing granite stairs at Holyoke City Hall and stone pillars at Holyoke City Hall Annex. Both listed in the State Register of Historic Places and all proposed work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Services sought include assessment of existing conditions, Massachusetts Historical Commission permitting, preparation of design documents suitable for bidding purposes, and preparation of any structural plans necessary for construction permitting with the Holyoke Building Department. Construction inspection services may also be requested of the selected Consultant however award of these services will be decided at a future date and this work is not guaranteed.
