This project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a new fully adhered 60 mil TPO roof system. 20-year or more Warranty of materials and labor. Scope of Work Includes: • Removal of existing gravel/tar roof and insulation down to the concrete deck • Cleaning and priming of concrete deck for insulation • Installation of 5" ISO insulation in adhesive • Application of fully adhered white 60 mil TPO membrane • Flashing of all pipes, curbs, and penetrations per manufacturer specifications • Reflashing of existing scuppers • Replacement of all wood nailers • Installation of new gravel guard metal flashing • Removal of all roofing debris from the job site • Provision of a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty to the Town upon completion
