Service Expectations: Provide snowplow services whenever two inches (2”) of snow has accumulated and sand as needed. Expected to respond within one hour of the snow or ice event and continue to plow and/or sand as needed for the duration of the snow or ice event. In addition, all entry/exit doors and all sidewalks must be kept clear of snow and ice during the duration of the snow/ice event. Ice melt, salt and sand to be provided by contractor. It is the contractor’s responsibility to fix, at their cost, any damage to Town property. Push Patterns: Provide your recommendations for best push pattern and snow storage locations. Snow pile locations should thwart potential issues like runoff and drainage. Service Time: These are emergency operation buildings and are operating twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and need to be kept clear.
