MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Design & Construction Input o Actively advise the City and Contractor at Risk on facility layout, materials, and finishes without overruling the City’s final authority B. Operational Partnership o Coordinate free recreational programming with Parks & Recreation Department Sunday evening–Thursday o Provide weekend rental spaces to Parks & Recreation when not reserved for tournaments C. Marketing & Event Acquisition o Develop and execute a marketing strategy to attract regional tournaments, clinics, and camps o Maintain a robust weekend calendar including multi-sport events, birthday parties, and community use D. Leasing & Sponsorship o Solicit, negotiate, and manage all leases for medical, performance, and private event spaces o Collaborate with the City on sponsorship and naming rights, respecting existing agreements and rights of first refusal E. Maintenance & Customer Service o Oversee daily preventive and ongoing maintenance of building systems and grounds F. Ensure a welcoming environment with clean facilities, staffed front-desk, and prompt customer support
