The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: Oxidation Ditch Remediation • Pressure wash interior and exterior walls, and basin slab floor. • Remove and replace all interior and exterior expansion joint filler and sealer materials. • Seal the minor and major cracks in the concrete basin walls. • Clean and repair all concrete spalling on basin walls. • All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Oxidation Ditch Mechanical Improvements • Remove existing mechanical aerators and replace with new equipment. • Remove existing effluent weir gate and replace with new equipment. • All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
