The Work consists of providing temporary traffic control system and installing temporary traffic temporary traffic detection system; supplying of labor, materials, and equipment as required for removal of channelizing island, reconstruction of raised median and raised median extension; removal of existing traffic island and installation of new curb return, sidewalk, gutter, and curb ramps; ramps; new PCC curbs, roadside signs, traffic detectors, conduit, conductors, pull boxes, traffic signal poles, traffic detection and monitoring cameras, removal and replacement of traffic stripes, pavement markings, and pavement markers; furnishing and installing traffic signs, utility coordination; installation and removal of landscaping and bioretention area, removal of existing and installation of new inlet and piping; relocation of VTA bus stop, relocation of fire hydrant, relocation of case vent pipe; coordination with Caltrans, City of Palo Alto, VTA, and other stakeholders; and performing other work not specifically mentioned above that is required by the the project plans or these Special Provisions.
