The vendor shall provide all materials, training, and support necessary to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of the selected program. Proposals must address the following required components: A. Curriculum and Instructional Materials - Fully aligned to Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for ELA/Literacy. - Evidence-based design consistent with the Science of Reading. - Structured lesson sequences that support both whole-class and small-group instruction. - Integration of foundational skills, comprehension, vocabulary, and writing throughout all grade levels. - Inclusion of rich, diverse, grade-appropriate texts for all learners. - Optional modules or pathways for knowledge building in science and social studies contexts. B. Assessment and Data Systems - Formative, summative, and progress monitoring tools aligned to instructional goals. - Clear guidance for using assessment data to inform instruction and intervention. - Options for integration with existing district data systems when feasible. C.
