The City of Fairhope is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for the design of a new 2.0-million-gallon elevated water storage tank and 24” water main. The water tank will be located north of Wagoner Road, west of US Highway 98 in Fairhope, Alabama. The 24’ water main will be placed from the tank to Wagoner Road and along Wagoner Road to the east side of US-98. The purpose of the project is to enhance storage capacity and pressure management in the southern portion of the Fairhope water system. The design will include, but is not limited to, site development, foundation design, design of the elevated tank, design of the 24” water main, and associated inlet/outlet piping and electrical.
