The University is seeking to issue awards to qualified firms who will provide management professionals and technical staff to augment the existing University staff capacity. This may include managing day-to-day operations and, in some cases, assisting with the implementation of the ERP system. The primary focus of this solicitation is to provide professional support to the University’s existing staff who will be dedicating time and focus to the Workday project implementation. Individuals hired under this contract will supplement the various departments to ensure the day-to-day operations do not suffer. The University seeks both functional and technical consulting support to ensure the effective adoption of Workday, a cloud-based enterprise management solution. This will include resources needed in the following departments which may range from management level functions to support staff: ▪ Financial Planning and Strategy ▪ Controller’s Office ▪ Payroll ▪ Human Resources ▪ Information Technology ▪ Strategic Procurement (Purchasing and Accounting Operations) Additional roles may be included, but are not limited to: ▪ Integration, Report, and Conversion Development ▪ Workstream Leadership and Project Management ▪ Security and Role Configuration ▪ Testing Management ▪ Organizational Change Management ▪ Business Process Configuration and Analysis To maintain continuity during the transition to Workday, the University may also require temporary backfill support for PeopleSoft operations.
