Products are to be delivered as follows: ● All materials/supplies shall be delivered on an as needed / placed order basis. ● All materials/supplies shall be delivered within 24 hours of placed order. ● All materials/supplies shall be delivered during the hours of 10:00am and 1:30 pm. ● Vendor shall be responsible for providing method/means (forklift, pallet jack, lift gate, hand truck...etc.) required for unloading all materials/supplies from delivery vehicles. ● Delivery vehicle must be able to access delivery location via 10-foot-wide access road. ● Provide detailed quotes along with delivery surcharges and product quantity pricing based on the below estimated minimum product quantity and delivery schedule for “Peak Operational Season” and “Off Peak season”.
