The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and perform the scope of services identified below. Contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies necessary to complete this scope of work. In addition, the Contractor shall be solely responsible for construction site safety and compliance with all applicable site safety rules and regulations. 1. Demolish two existing roof mounted exhaust fans serving Office and Toilet Room and associated ductwork and appurtenances. 2. Demolish portable air conditioning unit and associated ductwork and appurtenances. 3. Provide new ductless split system heat pump and all associated piping, wiring, and appurtenances as required for a complete system. a. Outdoor unit with corrosion resistant fin coating. Provide with 24" stand and mount on roof above. Equal to Mitsubishi MUZ-FX12NLHZ b. Wall mounted indoor unit located on northeast wall of Office. Equal to Mitsubishi MSZ-FX12NL. 4. Provide new curb cap on each of the two roof curbs associated with the demolished exhaust fans with 10" goosenecks with 1/2"mesh bird screens. a. The goosenecks will be directed away from each other to ensure a 10' separation between the intake and exhaust openings. 5. Provide new energy recovery ventilator with electronically commutated motors, MERV 13 filters. 225 cfm supply, 120 cfm exhaust. Equal to Renewaire HE05IN. 6. Provide hydronic preheating coil and associated transitions as required to mount in outside air supply ductwork between air intake and ERV. Equal to USA Coil 225 cfm, 2 row, 6 fins per inch, 11.0 MBH, 1.1 gpm. 7. Provide 3/4" piping with 1-1/2" thick fiberglass insulation with all service jacket, connecting hydronic preheating coil to existing 1-1/4" hot water supply and 2-1/2" hot water return mains in corridor.
