Project: Replacement of carpeting at Nantucket Memorial Airport Areas: • Airport Terminal TSA Checkpoint • Airport Terminal TSA Passenger Hold Room • Total Carpet Area: Approximately 4,800 SF The selected contractor will provide Nantucket Memorial Airport professional services to ensure the successful implementation of all aspects of this scope. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: Remove and dispose of existing carpet in the areas named above. Prepare floors for the installation of new carpeting, including removal of old adhesives and leveling if needed, required according to manufacturer’s specifications. Furnish and Install commercial-grade carpet tiles suitable for a high-traffic environment. (colors to be selected) The contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services necessary to complete the work. All tools, unused materials and debris to be organized and put away at days end. Schedule work in coordination with Airport and TSA staff to minimize disruptions to Airport and TSA's daily operations.
