The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace storm-damaged electrical components, generators, wiring, SCADA elements, and related items at seven (7) water tank sites. All work must restore facilities to pre-disaster design, function, and capacity and remain within the existing footprint. Work must comply with all Federal, State, and Local codes, all applicable Consensus-Based Codes and Standards (FP-104-009-11), the FEMA-approved Scope of Work, and requirements for Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP). Site 1: Tank 1 Replace (1) Transducer, 1/4" NPT, 0–30 PSI, 4–20 mA Replace (1) Solar Panel, approx. 24” x 12” Replace 70 LF of 18-Gauge Power Wiring Site 2: Tank 2 Replace (1) Transducer, 1/4" NPT, 0–30 PSI, 4–20 mA Replace 70 LF of 18-Gauge Power Wiring Site 3: Tank 3 Replace 36 LF of galvanized chain-link fence, 6’ tall, 2” posts & top rail Remove 1.5 CY of displaced soil
