The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace storm-damaged electrical components, generators, wiring, SCADA elements, and related items at seven (7) water tank sites. All work must restore facilities to pre-disaster design, function, and capacity and remain within the existing footprint. Work must comply with all Federal, State, and Local codes, all applicable Consensus-Based Codes and Standards (FP-104-009-11), the FEMA-approved Scope of Work, and requirements for Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP).
