The selected vendor will provide concessions for the Pop-Up Park located at 50 W. Salisbury Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Mobile Food Facility shall be provided by the selected vendor during set times. The proposal should include proposed hours of operations. Hours may vary seasonally but must be within Park operating hours. During periods of inclement weather, chosen Respondent may choose to not operate in any or all of the locations. Mobile Facility equipment must be clean, well maintained, and attractive in its overall design. Operator is required to keep the premises clean and clear of debris within 150 feet of their mobile facility. The selected vendorshall make all reasonable efforts to provide a high quality and enjoyable food, and/or drink for use by the public. The selected vendor shall have adequate staff to operate the concession and render prompt, courteous service to patrons. All concession workers shall abide by all applicable law and all applicable standards set by the Board of Health and/or other pertinent authorities. The selected vendorshall obtain, at its expense, all necessary business, health inspection or other licenses. The maximum term of this contract is one year. During this contract period, the Town will provide electric hookup as generators will not be permitted.
