Shall include the necessary supervision, labor, and tools for the purpose of inspection and preventive maintenance to be performed on: Cleaver Brooks, Model CB200X-250 S/N-L73067; Cleaver Brooks, Model CB200X-250 S/N-L85563; Cleaver Brooks, Model CB200X-250 S/N-L73068; The inspection shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Each Cleaver Brooks Boiler - Must have the fire side and water side opened for cleaning and inspection. This inspection is to be coordinated with owner's insurance company. Turbine Clean and Vacuum Tubes. Replace water and fire side gasket. Clean and adjust burner for optimum combustion efficiency on natural gas and #2 fuel oil. The old fuel oil filter for each boiler shall be replaced. The successful bidder shall clean all strainers at each fuel oil pump skid. Inspection and preventive maintenance shall be performed annually on or about November 1, 2025.
