The successful bidder shall satisfactorily perform the below listed custodial services for the following locations, dates, and times. Adult Corrections (Services are simultaneous with other buildings) Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Juvenile Detention Center Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 3:15 PM Saturday through Sunday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM Youth Shelter Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM The successful vendor shall provide a minimum of two (2) employees for cleaning. However three (3) employees is preferred. All staff members are required to sign in and out upon entering and exiting each facility. Office Spaces Dust all desk, tables, chairs, filing cabinet tops, cabinets, telephones, bookcases and other office equipment. Feather dust around computers, printers and computer equipment. Empty and reline all interior wastebaskets and trashcans. Place trash in trash dumpsters. Wipe inside and outside of trashcans and spray with disinfectant. Clean hard surface areas, partitions, doors, walls, etc. Clean windowsills and ledges. Clean baseboards and molding strips. Clean door/thresholds/plates and door frames. Sweep and mop all non-carpeted floor and landings. Vacuum all carpeted areas in all offices spaces, including under desk cubicles and conference room. Empty shredder buckets as needed. Kitchenette/Breakroom Thoroughly germa-clean kitchen with approved disinfectant. Clean exterior surfaces of all appliances (i.e. microwaves, refrigerators, etc.) Clean sinks, counters, cabinets and fixtures. (No cleaning of dishes, silverware or coffeepots will be required.) Notify designee of any leaks or clogged drains. Dust common area furniture. Empty and reline all interior wastebaskets and trashcans. Place trash in trash dumpsters. Wipe inside and outside of trashcans and spray with disinfectant. Restrooms/Showers/Locker Rooms Clean restroom floors with germicidal detergent solution. Clean locker rooms and shower walls and floors with fungicide. Clean basins, countertops, fixtures, toilet bowls and urinals with germicidal detergent solutions. Clean, disinfect and refill restroom dispensers (paper goods and soap). Restock toilet tissue, hand soap and seat covers. Paper towels, toilet tissue shall be replaced when more than 1/3 of the roll is gone. Wash and polish mirrors, powder shelves, bright work, etc., including flush-o-meter, piping and toilet seat hinges, light fixtures, disposal bins and tops of stall partitions. Wash both sides of toilet seats with germicidal solution. Spot clean restroom doors, walls and partitions. Notify designee of any leaks or clogged drains. Wet mop hard surfaces and composite floors. Empty and reline all interior wastebaskets and trashcans. Place trash in trash dumpsters. Wipe inside and outside of trashcans and spray with disinfectant. NOTE: Supplies for Adult Corrections will differ from the Juvenile Detention Center and Youth Shelter, therefore, all cleaning supplies and paper products shall be provided by the facility you will be servicing.
